Never thought this post about my personal experience on PAG-IBIG housing loan would get plenty of attention from my followers. In fact, I received plenty of post comments and Facebook private messages asking me these following questions.

1. How to fully pay PAG-IBIG housing loan?

2. What is the process of paying the principal payment? Do they need some more requirements from me since I am an OFW. Pwde ko bang utusan ang sister ko?

 3. Hi. Bakit same parin monthly amortization mo kahit nagbayad ka na 275k in your principal amount??

4. Hi po,kapag po ba nabayaran na in  full ang housing loan, ibibigay kaagad ang title ?

5. Hi po, may minimum required amount po ba yung pwedeng ibawas sa principal?

So to sum it up, I created three videos as shown below. The first video shows how I personally pay off my loan in just five years while in the second video, I answered all the questions asked in this blog. Then,  the last video shows the computation of how much goes to interest and principal amount each time we pay our monthly amortization.  I also explain in detail how the number of years is being reduced if we pay in advance applied to the principal amount. For example, if your loan amount is 2 million, how much you will pay in advance to lower the interest and payment terms.

As a mother, I know how it feels when kids say "I'm Bored" during this time of crisis. So today, I am sharing our latest video "10 Fun Activities Using Plastic Egg " that will keep your child entertained while stuck at home. Enjoy watching!
Kids got bored during this trying time? You have no idea how to entertain them while at home? Fret not, I am sharing our 14 Pre-Writing Skills and Fine Motor Activities You Can Do at Home With Your child.

Over the past weeks, homeschooling has been a hit topic by every parent across social media. Many are afraid to send their children to traditional schools due to the fear of COVID-19, so homeschooling is only an option.

If you want to ask my opinion about homeschooling, I made a video (which is against my will since I am not used to facing a camera hehe) to answer some questions from our Facebook page followers.  These are the questions I answered in this video.

✅How to start homeschooling a preschooler?
✅What is the difference between homeschooling with providers and independent homeschooling?
✅ Why I homeschool my preschooler instead of sending her to a traditional school?
✅ What are the things you need before setting up preschool at home?

I hope the video below will give you some thoughts on whether to homeschool or not your child specifically a preschooler during this trying time.

Of all the recipes we've made in the past few weeks, this recipe inspired by Teachingmama.org has the best ingredients. The finished product was soft and super floppy. My kids love it. My verdict is cooking the playdough gives the best result.

Watch the video below to see the ingredients and recipe.
